With the current high demand for rental properties we have potential tenants registered.

We can provide a simple “finders” service for a one off charge of £250 + VAT, which includes:

● Marketing
● Advice & help with your obligations as a Landlord.
● Credit/employment referencing.
● Tenancy Agreement
● Inventory (If requested)

Our “Fully Managed” Service includes everything provided in our “finders” service plus:

● Quarterly Inspections
● Holding of the bond (In line with TDS regulations).
● Move-out report at the end of the tenancy.
● Support throughout the tenancy.

The charges for our fully managed service are £150 + VAT finder’s fee and 10% + VAT per month management charge.

We can also provide you with comprehensive landlords insurance to fully protect your    investment.
